If you open a new support ticket, you can attach up to 2 files.

The SolidCAM support system only accepts files with the following extensions:

  • zip, exe - files up to a size of 50 MB
  • doc, png, jpg, gif, pdf - files up to a size of 2 MB each

The total size of attachments should not exceed 100MB. Please note that the upload process will be  automatically stopped after 80 minutes. Make sure you have enough Internet bandwidth available for uploading to enable the process to be completed at this time.

If you do not see a confirmation page that your ticket has been successfully transferred, then the file has not been successfully transmitted.

In this case, please open a new ticket with the problem description, but do not include the attachment. Our support staff will then get in touch with you.
